Er hoeven vanavond geen asielzoekers buiten te slapen bij het aanmeldcentrum in het Groningse Ter Apel. Naast Amsterdam heeft ook de Drentse gemeente Aa en Hunze een ruimte geregeld waar asielzoekers kunnen overnachten. In de plaats Gieten is plek voor honderd mensen, meldt het Rode Kruis.
