First of two records in the series Nordiska Ljud (Nordic Sound). My completist mind tells me I need the other one.
Droning sounds and field recordings that turns nice and gritty at the end, from Amph. The Arv & Miljö track is called "Bilism" and for those who understand Swedish, it comes as no surprise that this track contains the droning sounds of traffic. From various areas of Gothenburg.

Damn, I love the Swedish low-fi, low-key... noise you can listen to late at night, without disturbing the neighbors... scene. Sometimes called rural noise? Of course, it's not one thing, but a common theme seems to be tape loops, found, "organic" sounds etc. Artists like Ochu, Amph, Altar of Flies, Arv & Miljö, Nærværet (which is half Norwegian).
Of course, this exists not only in Sweden, but I've been discovering a lot from there lately.
