Given that I think that choosing the Eastmans over Allen Klein would have been a wiser business choice for the #Beatles as a replacement for Brian Epstein, here is my fresh me conspiracy theory for you to tear to shreds.

Klein was chosen *because* certain members would have rather cashed out and gone their own ways, at the cost of being ripped off a bit.

Same goes for the Stones wanting to escape the baggage of Brian Jones death.
