My last 20 to 30 minutes at work:

1. Provided assistance and sent help to a suicidal subject who was apprehensive about being contacted

2. Spoke with an elderly man who lost his wife recently and was receiving harrasing phone calls. I entered a call for service and reminded him that if he needed someone to talk to, to not hesitate to call us.

3. Possibly found the cause and solution for an I.T. related issue with Microsoft Excel 2016 not opening.
