The collection of signatures for the cannabis referendum begins. A question has been filed with the Supreme Court which proposes to intervene both on the level of criminal relevance and on that of administrative sanctions regarding cannabis. The promoters appeal to the Government so that there is no discrimination regarding the possibility of delivering the certified signatures by 30 October, as for the other eferendums presented to the Supreme Court before 15 June.
