Ja, Haushaltsauflösung, eigentlich traurig…. . Was für ein schöner Rechner! Mit Turbo, Anzeige und blauem Renn-Streifen. Daten:NIC SUH286 board mit Subtac ST62C241 Chipset und 16Mhz. Innen und außen sauber wie ein NOS. Zuerst muss die Batterie raus, die zeigt schon leichte Fressspuren. #pc #retrocomputing #286pc #286er
Boris KretzingerBorrowed a very nice Toshiba T3100e from a friend to fool around with. And it is a treat to use, to be honest! I love the display, that's really something special. And it's so crisp! Amazing. Also, the whole machine still emits this lovely 80s electronics smell in a pretty pure way. Like it was sparsely used and very well stored over all those years! Good stuff! Had some fun playing Stunts and LHX on this 😎🕹️
Only thing that confused me was the disk space displayed in Bytes! Was going to install GEOS on this until I realized it did not have 30 MB, but only 3 MB left 😅. Oh well, Star Commander is still another very solid choice for this machine. Not tested connecting it to a 1541 and transfer files though, as I think I have the wrong cable for that.
