I expect SCOTUS to rule against Colorado at least 6-3, if not 7-2, that a single state alone cannot make a decision related to a Federal election. Basically a punt (and one I can live with).

I hope the ruling won't say Colorado did not offer due process, which'd be ridiculous.

But I won't be surprised if ruling is unanimous with separate commentary from Sotomayor, Kegan, Jackson that they don't mean there was no insurrection.

And Justices Gorsuch and Alito bullying Colorado attorney simply because the attorney's argument defeats the obvious position the justices hold.

"No, don't repeat anymore that the candidate's disability already exist."

When it is evident disability exists from Jan. 6, 2021 unless Congress *removes* it, which they have not.

The position that 14th Amt prevents someone from holding office; not being on the ballot, can be easily dismissed regardless of who we support. We don't need to be a SCOTUS justice to do so.

Candidate can be on ballot even if they have a deficiency if the deficiency could be cured by when they enter office: age, residence

Silly to put them on ballot if they can't possibly cure deficiency: citizenship, insurrectionist

Justices Jackson and Sotomayor clearly and openly peeved by Trump's defense. Jackson more so.

The country deserves better than this from a SCOTUS hearing.
