The main problem with the Supreme Court is that there are NINE justices monitoring and overseeing THIRTEEN federal court circuits. Clarence Thomas is so overworked being responsible for 2 circuits himself that he has no time to fill out financial disclosure forms. Roberts, overseeing 3 circuits, has no time to investigate ethics breaches. Lets send the justices the help they so clearly need. 13 SUPREME COURT JUSTICES NOW!
