**This Friday, January 23rd,** we're joining a unified, nationwide economic strike in solidarity with Minnesota communities being targeted by ICE. Last week, over 2,000 ICE agents terrorized our neighbors in Minnesota and took the life of Renee Nicole Good, a beloved community member and ally. Our tax dollars should never fund death and destruction in our own communities. **We know we deserve better.** Our tax dollars should build accessible healthcare, create green spaces, and fund services that work FOR us, not against us. **This Friday, we’re calling on folks to:** - Stay home from work and school 🏠 - Refuse to shop or spend money in large corporations 💵❌ - Choose rest and community over businesses 💯 This is our chance to lead with our moral heart and show our collective economic power - let’s come together to say NO to increased ICE funding and YES to protecting each other. ❤️‍🔥 **If you can't miss work or need childcare,** please know that solidarity has many forms.
