Last week I started going to the Smith Aquatic Center first thing to swim laps.
Since I was diagnosed with a herniated disc, have had to be pretty dormant, so it's something I've looked forward to on off-days.
The Rec Center is an awesome, inexpensive, accessible City amenity. $140 for a 6-month pass vs. $63/mo. for the Y.
One of the funniest things about Bertha is that she will get anxious and flip out at most everyone, but when it comes to utility and construction workers, sheβs all βββ
