YEEEEEAAAAAAAH! CRANKING MY HOG HERE!
Gentoo cured me of distrohopping back in 2009. Before my computer died in 2018 I was still running the same install for 9 years. My current Gentoo install is only 3 years and change old, though.
I'd guess because for a lot of us in the USA, public transportation is insufficient to meet our needs. I'd love to take a train from home to work, but there's no train line that's anywhere near my house. They're building one that'll go near my work, but it's not done yet. Busses are available, I suppose...but the time it'd take to get from home to work or back would be a lot longer than driving takes, even in heavy traffic, given that I'd have to transfer several times.

Sure. I'm pretty new at mixing and this set is from a few months back when I had even less skill and practice, but I like it. It was made for the latest r/classictrance competition, so it's classic trance. Enjoy!

I'm a fan of AD&D 2e. It's what was current when I started playing, and I've pored over those books with an intensity only a dorky teenager can muster. The last game I ran was a several-year-long 2e campaign. It's the edition/system I know best, and running it is second nature to me. I typically run homebrewed settings, but I love the diversity of settings published for 2e: Planescape, Dark Sun, and the like really showed how far 2e could be pushed.

The only problem I have with 2e is that my wife did NOT enjoy the system. I'll likely have to figure something else out when I run another game because given the choice between her and 2e, I'm going to go with my wife.

Yeah, rough him up a bit. Maybe hit his head on the car roof.
