One of my #dayjob customers - into whom I have invested many weekends, late nights, overnights, public holidays and back-room brawling this last six months - had an outage this week. If this had happened in January, there would have been a giant conflagration with everyone getting involved and endless round of whining meetings and air-clearing sessions.

Rolled into the call and they were joking about Taylor Swift bringing it down.

Got it fixed, dusted ourselves off and they said, “Let us know when the PIR is done, no rush."

My week was so bad, the highlight was a production outage.
