Cartridge games are awesome and I love them. Even when I have ROMs I still prefer the feel of plugging that cart in.

... overclocked Ultimate 64 with 48 MHz and sped up the video 50x times. The 60 generated tokens took nearly 12 minutes. On an ordinary C64 with 1 MHz that would be around 10 hours! For 60 tokens of nonsense. But still more energy efficient than every other LLM.
And it is fun :D

I heard you like local hosted LLMs? And 8-bit computers from the 80ies?
Someone got you covered and ported LLama2 to the C64.
With some very striped down weights and a 2MB-REU this actually works. On a 1MHz-computer from 1982.
But it is not a chatbot. It just continues your input with english words and forms sentences that *may* gramatically correct, but are still nonsense.
