miss the days when cranks had to put in the legwork to develop nonsensical quantum theories. now good salt of the earth crank theories have been devalued beyond uhhh whatever value could plausibly be ascribed to them previously. also now they’re formalized in TLA+ and Lean

spitballing this because i dont have the knowledge nor the resources: distributed gns3 server. so someone with 64gb dece cpu, 4gb and mid cpu, and 8gb and half decent cpu dont need to either a) rely on 64gb mans entirely over a vpn or b) rent a hyperscaler's server to work on a shared project
