@szadkowski if you're familiar with writing html, css, js yourself you could go down the https://gohugo.io route. Otherwise something like https://automad.org or https://bludit.com — alternatively search up 'flat file cms' and take a look, get a feel for what you like and go for that option 😊

@tg I genuinely enjoy questions like this. I'd like to feel calm and organized, whilst having control over the information I'm consuming.
This thought brings me back to the Y2K when Winamp skins where being developed.
Majority of skins followed the same layout, but only some dared to explore.
