GovTrack.usA strange thing that is currently happening: the House will shortly vote on their rules of operation for this Congress, but there is apparently a 3 page addendum that is secret? I guess if one were intending to vote no, it doesnât matter that thereâs hidden content and similar if one were going to vote yes no matter what. But this sure feels wrong. Unclear when or if the addendum will be made officially available. (One member claims to have a copy, but has not shared it)
