Most of the posts on this topic seem to focus on the new #AI training prohibition, but honestly I'm not sure if this part even matters. I mean, is hosting some content publicly granting everyone the right to use it for such purposes? 😅 I'm genuinely curious as to why such provision had to be introduced...
I see a lot of people talking about the new terms of service which the official instances operated by #Mastodon gGmbH are introducing, but few seem to mention the binding #arbitration agreement embedded within them.
Did I miss it somehow or is it perhaps a new addition? 🤔
