@yann A thank you to @koyu for mentioning https://cdrom.tokyo/ in her Recommended Instances webpage.

I had seen posts from their admin, and liked them. A veteran from fediverse and earlier days (their instance in some older incarnation being named 'Floppy.tokyo').

One more account for the nomad. Adding to the wonderful #Pinafore which instantly teleports me between my many homes and temp landing spots.

Checked for fedi blockage non-sense, and my first post from cdrom.tokyo was seen by a couple of FediBlockHappy places [1] [2] - which block other accounts of mine.

Seems a nice place to visit, check the waters and maybe find a good Local Timeline? For me a very important thing.
