Trash article only describing what a password manager is while only naming “solutions” from Apple, Google & Co… worthless for anybody with at least a little knowledge - even more so for the clueless as it doesn’t give any lead on how to actually choose a PWM… basically clickbait.

Better check www.privacyguides.org/en/passwords for some valid information…

tl;dr: If you wanna be on the safe side, go with KeePass+Synchting. Storing credentials anywhere but on personally owned metal is a big no-no in my world.

with 8 bit?
thinking of getting older than 255?
Out of curiosity: Are you running nix-ops with nix-secrets or how did you cover orchestration & credentials?
Best I can do is a Firefox extension (Decentraleyes)
Decentraleyes – Get this Extension for 🦊 Firefox Android (en-US)

Download Decentraleyes for Firefox. Protects you against tracking through "free", centralized, content delivery. It prevents a lot of requests from reaching networks like Google Hosted Libraries, and serves local files to keep sites from breaking. Complements regular content blockers.

damn, how did this never cross my path? O.o not only does it remove shorts, paid content is finally gone too.

finally yt is enjoyable again - thx a lot 😁

For the love of <insert-deity>, please somebody have an answer to that! After ads and sponsorings, shorts are the third most annoying thing on YouTube. Tubular (newpipe-fork) helps with the first two, yet getting rid of shorts seems impossible.

sure, there might be ways around it, like Indivious or a filtered RSS feed over all subscriptions… on desktop, there’s at least BlockTube but for Android I’m still searching/waiting/hoping.

Have you checked IronFox?

Native Alpha as wrapper for PWAs or basically any website one doesn’t want to install an app for. I use it for sites like Amazon, Paypal, LinkedIn, 9gag, and so many others. Opens in fullscreen, includes adblock, custom user-agent, shortcuts to directly open the page and much more… neat as alternative for when I don’t wan’t or need an app just to use a service.

Strong assumption it’d be self-diagnosed… the heck?
