@BrianLinuxing @communiteatime
We all know what Desktop Environment they would be using ;)
@aeva Interesting background!
@josh Welcome!
@GlowingLantern I am indeed aware of that and I'm therefore aware that due to Rust using LLVM as a backend for it's compiler, the produced executables depend on the C++ runtime. I mentioned Rust specifically because AFAIK the main developers are working on a new build using GCC as a backend.

@BenjaminHimes Oh! That's right! The following should work!

Just place it in "~/.bashrc"

I'm not an avid user of the rsync utility, though if you have any other questions about what I wrote, I'll be happy to help!

@GlowingLantern I guess you're right! It does suck that the executables produced by the Rust compiler require the C++ runtime to run, which could worsen the performance.
@carlydraws Woah! It looks beautiful!
@GlowingLantern I was expecting the performance improvements in Rust would be due to better compiler optimization in Rust rather than worse written code in C :(
@joblejabel Do you need a hug, man? :(
