YAY IT'S DONE

so now I got my new pfp:

I looove Taylor. But even a 13-song album is hard to love within the first few hours. It was 7am for me when the 17 songs were released. It was 9 when the 15 extras came and I was already bored as hell and wanted to get my usual sleep back.

It's Day 5 and I finally was able to appreciate the later songs of both TTPD and its Anthology. Only now I was able to digest Clara Bow as well as the very last song, The Manuscript. One of the more boring songs for me, Robin, finally has at least some lyrics hooked to my mind. My brain finally has a bit more capacity to digest the songs in their entirety: the lyrics, the musicality, the implicit meanings.

I suppose it's not as musically interesting as other albums and some other artists but she really shines in other ways. And honestly if you say Fortnight is boring, I would wonder if you even heard it (well, unless you're not a fan of synthpop).
