@denysbeecher @mmasnick it's actually really good for that. It works exactly like a printed copy. Swipe left, swipe right, write down whatever you want, as long as you don't press the little toolbar button all the way in the top left. YOu can't interact with the PDF proper at all
@denysbeecher @mmasnick being able to put a PDF onto it and then scribble on the PDF is my favorite feature. The note taking is really good, the PC app is actually not terrible, and being able to screenshare to a PC which I can then share over zoom has been kind of handy once or twice
@denysbeecher @mmasnick I love my remarkable, but until I had it, I was always going "there is no way I will use this thing enough for the pricetag to be worth it"
this is the professionalism and commitment to detail for which i am paid
admittedly I suspect the player pool at midnight on valentines day was... limited
every day for a month i have had this conversation:
"why does <regex> not match <random word i have never seen before>?"
because you didn't tell me it had to
"Why don't you get it from the spec?"
no such document exists, you guys coming up with new words every week is not a spec
@kt_so_it_goes who has better opinions about software than a MSFT data science washout????
