It's finally time! This is the first time this year that I have not seen one temp above 80 in my forecast. Our long national nightmare might be over.
As the preeminent hockey fan on kind.social (prove me wrong! I need more hockey people to follow!) I want to share something fun from last night.
Erik Johnson (in the jersey) played for the Colorado Avalanche for 13 seasons. That is a very long time to play, let alone for one team.
This year he's with a new team, and last night was his first game back in Colorado.
Gabe Landeskog, the Captain of the Avs, is currently injured and not playing. This is him and his kids welcoming back "Uncle EJ".
