To exclude he/him lesbians is to make a supposedly exclusively lesbian space unsafe for the very people it is intended for.
Not only is this exclusion offensive and damaging, it is ahistorical.
I am not good at expressing the thoughts in my head very clearly but if you believe he/him lesbians are men and refuse to recognise them you are actively shaming them for being gnc and taking away safe spaces from them because you have decided pronouns = gender.
Hi pals, seems like I'll be abandoning instance unless I get a response from the admin stating that the sentence "Not be a man (implying no masculine pronouns e.g. he/him)" was a mistake and that they are sorry it was phrased so offensively.
