I hope everyone is enjoying their day.
I've apparently reached that point in adulthood where I qualify for garden ornaments as gifts - and I really like it!
I grew things! First attempt at #gardening since I was 9. Tonight was the first salad out of my own backyard and I'm already planning what I can try growing next year.
Every year until now I've been scornful of Christmas and proudly called myself a grinch.
This year, I'm so tired of the relentless negativity and nastiness that somehow I'm cheerful about the upcoming summer break and all the cheesy decorations and dorky christmas jewellery.
And I'm especially cheerful about the first pavlova of summer, which is on the menu this afternoon.
