I remember when people mocked me for my "calculator sized phone", and spending €350 on a smartphone not that long ago. Both the size and cost seem positively diminutive nowadays.

Now I'm the one wondering how €800 phones are called "mid-range" and €1000+ phones are now the norm, and why people think this is OK.
