A decent #Android phone, but it is definitely not a top tier smartphone (#Samsung & #Apple make better devices).

Although #NothingPhone does not compare to my #iPhone, I am glad that someone is making decent, affordable smartphones.

If you watch from Rogue One straight into A New Hope, it's weird because Leia's ship pops out of a larger ship and escapes, and then the droids pop out of her ship and escape. They should have had R2D2 get captured and then had a smaller droid pop out of him and run away across the desert.

Maybe in the 50th anniversary remaster.

This morning I mentioned I discovered speedsport.com, the evolution of National Speed Sport News, the legendary national racing paper from WAY back in the day (founded in 1934!).

Just saw they had a free live video channel, so I took a peek.

They were showing the "Historic Trans-Am Series" from Sebring, Florida. Nothing but seriously tuned Mustangs, Camaros, Challengers, an AMC Javelin and one ridiculously crazy Pontiac Tempest.

My wife walked in while I was watching that Muscle Car race from Sebring earlier, and she said "Wow, you're really got the #racing bug right now."

In fact, it never left, just got back-burnered due to flying and career.

Here's proof:

Some fodder from my scrapbook showing photos (and cutlines) coverage of a Kings Speedway race in Hanford, CA, my National Speed Sport News Press Pass, and assignment from them to cover Indy cars in Portland, OR.

And payment ($7.50) from a newspaper for a photo.
