Kneeling is an excellent way for a sub to show submission. It also allows the sub to look up at a more appropriate part of the Dom.
CBT can be taken as either uncomfortable or amusing depending on whether you are the sub or the Dom.
With one part of a sub controlled it has to find other places to play.
