@fclc By RVV, do you mean the V extension proper, or do you mean the entire family of vector extensions (Zv*)? This is an important distinction.
Section 31.18.3 is unambiguous: the V extension proper depends on F, D, and Zve64d. This mandates both scalar and vector support for both FP32 and FP64.
However, this dependency is not true in general for Zv*. In particular, the table in 31.18.2 states that only some Zve* extensions provide vector FP32/FP64 support, and the last two paragraphs of 31.18.2 state that only some Zve* extensions depend on F/D.
@Roannasylver According to Bulbapedia, it's possible to retrieve Pokémon from lost or broken Pokéwalkers by holding Up+Select+R at the connection screen.

@naipotato Also, PLEASE do not have prefers-color-scheme be your only method of light/dark mode selection.
I find that for my astigmatism that a slightly purple/blue dark mode is perfectly readable and easier on the eyes than light mode, but a slightly yellow dark mode (thankfully rare) is basically equivalent to taking my glasses off.
I once found that a reference site I needed to use only used prefers-color-scheme, and that they used a particularly bad dark mode. I had to change my system settings in order to use that website. (Luckily, they’ve since fixed both issues, adding a toggle and making dark mode more purple)
@mrclark Those sure were “fun”. Luckily this case is fine in that regard; it’s the power supply cables at fault.
Really, it’s not even the PSU’s fault, it’s the stupid hard drives that need so much force that are at fault
When will case manufacturers finally accommodate my inability to cable manage to save my life? /s
But seriously, give me more room between the “back” side panel and the inside of the case
