One of the things I love about the Polonius project is it keeps surprising me. Like, Rust is big enough and complicated enough I’m now convinced no one fully understands all of it, and to make things even worse everyone is continuously evolving it. It’s a lot more gardening than the previous research I’ve done, and I love it like that.

@Mara definitely keep the location, trailer (perhaps upgrade it with more fireworks?), embroidery service (so cool!), movie posters (only more so), workshops, and all other things that made RustWeek the best conf ever. Perhaps next time choose a bigger cinema for the deep dive track (who'd have thunk 🦀🩷🤿). Getting another All-Hands would be *chef's kiss*.

Also upgrade the motto to "we can have even nicer things".

I would love to see the All Hands spread out over more time. Not so that we can pack even more in, but so that we pack it in less densely and leave even more room for serendipitous moments and social interactions.
