@digimezzo will Dopamine get a waveform seek bar? 🙏🏼 + we should have the art covers visible on the list of songs

I hate AI in many of it's aspects, but it's what empowered me to be able to use and stick to using a linux distro as a beginner / relatively advanced user.

As I woke up today, I realized my cachyOS isn't booting. It displayed some version mismatch errors with my GPU and the linux kernel...

I managed to fix it with chroot -- all thanks to AI.

Then I realized I need a solution in case of a disaster... Found out about snapshots and Snapper...Swapped systemd-boot for limine.

All thanks to AI.

@zenbrowser As a Mac user, is it worth hoping for a proper smooth scrolling experience like on Chrome? Even Firefox has better scrolling performance than Zen, for some reason.
#KDE is so shitty with UI design... TONS of padding inconsistencies... #linux #desktop
@wilhelm @zenbrowser you can compare the scrolling with Chrome or Safari, and it's visible, especially as the scroll slows down. It also seems to be more hardware-hungry in comparison to other browsers.
@zenbrowser scrolling on macOS is still a lot worse in comparison to Chrome (or any Chromium-based browser)
@Flaky Vivaldi (a Chromium browser) has the same business model: https://vivaldi.com/blog/vivaldi-business-model/

Some browsers use your data in ad networks, push promoted content or use other invasive methods to fund their development. We don’t.

@Flaky @el_haych2024 Zen's owner is planning to get a 'default search engine' deal once big enough.
@ilyess In case it would be necesssary to switch to something else, I've found this one as interesting: https://buttercup.pw/

@Flaky I don't even get it, it's mostly one person doing it all, and yet Mozilla has an ENTIRE TEAM, and we don't see any real progress from them?
