The chair of the St. Peter's, Samsonville and Area Water Utility says he was surprised and alarmed after Nova Scotia Municipal Affairs Minister John Lohr wrote a letter to the province's regulator saying the utility's proposed rate hike is too high.

There’s a guy from my highschool class on that team for the past 25 years. They fly over our little town on the regular to say hi. They do some amazing work. Having been a paramedic in the past he and I chatted numerous times about some of their missions. I’ve always been a little jealous honestly.
If climate change info was pushed like the hole in the ozone layer/acid rain during the same time period people would be totally on board. It would be normal by now.
