Steps:
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap on About Phone.
3. Tap on Build Number seven times.
4. Return to settings and Developer Options.
5. Scroll down and tap on Window animation scale and select "Animation is off" from the drop-down menu.
6. Repeat step 5 for Transition animation scale and Animator duration scale
