Please share/ boost if you can. Looking for suggestions. Hi, I have had the opportunity to attend a training event in Billund, Denmark. I am blind so I would need someone to accompany me as a guide. Any ideas on where I could ask for this, volunteer organisations or PA services? Thank you.
Please read/boost if possible.
Hi everyone, I am doing a blog for uni, wanted to talk about culture around disabilities and how disabled people are viewed in society. What academic sources can I use for that and things like Social Theory, inspiration p**n etc. I also need to talk about challenges and opportunities for perceptions of disability created by the media an literature. Any ideas? Thank you. #Education #AcademicSources #Disability #Media

Hi everyone, I am blind and have learnt through Braille. Is there any certificate I can take in the UK/Ireland to qualify as a Braille teacher? I am currently completing a course in Inclusive education and if I can get a certificate to teach Brille this can be something I can do part time while I am in university. if anyone has any advice or if this can be boosted I would really appreciate it. Thanks a lot. #Teacher #Students #Braille #Education #University
To add to this. My college/university requires that it is 100 hours and that the place is registered with the Department of education. So I would be looking for places that allow for internships and things of that nature.
Hi everyone. I am looking for some advice. I am blind and am currently studying a degree in Inclusive education. I would like to do part of my placement/work experience abroad, preferably in Canada or the UK. Are there any disability or student groups that I could get in touch with or are there any tips or advice people would have? If this could be boosted I would really appreciate it. Thank you. #Disability #DisabledStudent #StudyAbroad #Erasmus #Blind #Canada #UK
