Conservatives screamed and complain about DEI, arguing that organizations and government should hire those who are the most qualified to lead.
Yet I can think of FAR MORE QUALIFIED diverse candidates in conservative politics that Trump could've hired and appointed than his current MAGA picks. Yet, that "enraged about DEI" conservative base remains quiet.
This proves that for conservatives, that it was never about hiring the most qualified individuals. It’s simply because they hate minorities.
