How does a person experience Easter differently when he has to cook for the whole family, Hahah... for Easter lunch I prepared steak wellington, bomb glacee and coq au vin with home made pasta... It took me 4 days with preparations, shopping and cooking. Never again, next time I order from the restaurant :D

When beating the egg whites first beat them then spon by spon add the remaining sugar. Then in a bowl where are the yolks and mascarpone already mixed add the strong beaten egg whites (snow like) spoon by spoon gently. And here it is - you now have the tiramisu' cream. Then in a glass casserolle put a layer of cream and on it stack the biscuits that you previously dipped in coffee one by one. Then again a layer of cream and buscuits, then cream and cover with chocolate dust. Enjoy!

You see the ingradients in tiramisu' (this line) so here it goes:
Cook the coffe and add a shot of rum in it (or other liquer that you like). Put the coffe in a bowl.
Divide the white and the yolks of the eggs. Mix the yolks with half sugar, and then ad spoon by spoon add mascarpone in it. TAKE CARE to clean the mixer beaters becaouse if they aren't clean from yolks you will never do the egg whites as they should be done (snow like)...

Actually i'm using a samsung gt-c3520, but i will link it with a smartphone vi twin sim card, a way in between 😉
