How does a person experience Easter differently when he has to cook for the whole family, Hahah... for Easter lunch I prepared steak wellington, bomb glacee and coq au vin with home made pasta... It took me 4 days with preparations, shopping and cooking. Never again, next time I order from the restaurant :D

Fish in salt. When you want to eat fish in a slightly different way, try this one. I made ti few times.. perfect (and yet simple). Just made a mixture with kosher salt, flour and little water (it have to became like a clay. Clean the fish and in a casserole make bed of this clay like salt mixture put the fish and cover with again with the mixture. Then put it in a preheated oven on 200 C for an hour (if the fish have one kilo). Open it with a chisel and hammer (seriously). Delicious!
