There was a saying that - we are what we eat. I think i came to fully understand this. A small daily enlightenment. No quality food, no taking time to eat, just to grab something on the go, not sharing with others, etc. The way what we eat, and how we eat is the picture of how we live - alienated, stressed, low quality life in general. A wast majority of us. Terrible. Take the time to feed yourself and share as much as possible simple meals with others. #dailyenlightenment #thoughtoftheday
