really getting sick of macos. i like it 80% of the time but it does weird and frustrating things just enough that i am really growing tired of it.
is there a good way to use fb messenger without having the app installed on ur phone? i want to remove these apps but my family still makes heavy use of messenger, and using the desktop site on mobile is... not great.
Props to Anthropic for not caving into the autocratic desires of the Trump admin. Unfortunately I think this only clears the way for xAI to take their place, and I'm sure they will do whatever evil bidding they are asked...
anyone play go? kinda getting back into it but while i've been interested in the game for a long time now i still don't really know what i'm doing. i've been going through the online-go.com learn to play stuff, wondering if anyone knows any other good noob resource?
ok i didn't realize apparently i was jumping in the deep end by buying an esp32-c5, which is different from most other esp32s. couldn't use the seemingly standard TFT_eSPI library, but eventually found another that should work to run the display i got. more experiments incoming!
@ritualdust just grabbed the lord brocktree audiobook actually, think i will give it a listen once i finish the first law trilogy :)
@ritualdust just read this and wanted to say i also loved redwall. been a while since i've heard it mentioned and i don't know all that many people familiar w/ the series. was one of my faves when i was younger. i jumped around a bit, think i started w/ redwall & mattimeo and went back to martin & mossflower. haven't read the whole series. i should go back and check them out again.
