Several services have been cut off from the API. Not sure that’s the case with Slack but the integration is apparently broken.

RT leaves German airwaves under pressure.

RT DE 24-hour broadcasting in Germany launched under a cable & satellite license issued in Serbia. It was shut down via European satellites by the European satellite operator at the request of the federal German media regulator.

Russia often uses media licenses from elsewhere to pipe propaganda into countries where they lost footing.
