RT DE 24-hour broadcasting in Germany launched under a cable & satellite license issued in Serbia. It was shut down via European satellites by the European satellite operator at the request of the federal German media regulator.

Slovenian philosopher Slavoj Žižek posits Putin's issues & the war in Ukraine are due to oligarch infighting & competition.
At the same time, Putin befriends other authoritarian regimes for a new, ultra-conservative axis of global power.
I'm not sure I agree that current events with Russia & Ukraine are all oligarch based... That would mean the solution is as well.

Hungary purges top military ranks in an attempt to make the military "less top heavy". The purge mostly effected lieutenant colonel and above ranks, 45 years old +, some of whom were recently promoted & others recalled from abroad.
