@cjr1968 thanks so much Catherine, I'll have a look at all the documents we got when we bought the house, and see if there is any about the extension. Thanks for taking the time to reply, it's much appreciated.
@cliffwade only 3 and a half hours to go for me
@stopfundinghate I'm probably being thick. But what do you mean? Surely Asda pay for the advert, then it's the daily mail that decides where to put it 🤷‍♀️
@cliffwade good thanks, how about yourself?
@cjr1968 @WGA yes it is, sorry should have made that clearer
@cliffwade good afternoon 👋
@cjr1968 @WGA originally it was just the neighbours wall, then the owner before me built a small extension. So the bottom 1/3rd is now a party wall, the top 2/3rds isn't. It was a builder who looked at it that said the wetness was coming from the crack.
A crook in No10, had a Green Card for the USA when a Minister, fined for partying whilst he told the House & the Country he didn't, not to mention the Non Dom wife who owns almost a £Billion in shares in INFOSYS that still trades with Russia.... tells us all Brexit is delivering!!!
UK wide days of action and protest is the only answer now!
@WGA it is just a question about property, if a neighbour's wall is cracked, and it's causing damp to my wall, are the obliged to repair it?
Is it acceptable to ask a person a legal question on here?
