i checked the account (empty), as well as the domain and the admin (not suspicious at a first glance).
And i observe too much usage if #fediblock hashtag.
i will delete my reply and possibly do a seperate post (as long as you shall not teach me its content is wrong)

1. You can set in your options to decide yourself who can follow you (would recommend this option anyway).
2. You can (temporarily) block the domain. There’s indeed a domain with such problems today. On demand, you still can observe who it’s developing and then unblock later.
Just be aware you may lose followers of the domain you block (not sure thou)

They claim to be a ukrainian account.
