Healthy Steel cut oats
Ground flax seed because it has omega 3 in it
Dried oats for a healthy crunch
Dried berries because of health and taste
Chia seeds cuz...

In my heart I want biscuits and gravy, chicken fried steak with eggs over easy, bacon, sausage,pancakes.

But my heart will stop if I eat that...so my ode to grains n berry bfast is what I need to do. My heart thanks me but my Id is flipping me off.
