In my world, Kobolds usually have a main skill or ability that is their own interpretation of magic. For instance, some can animate nonliving things, others imbue glassware with magical properties, or bend water to their will.
This male Kobold has a thing for extracting and using male essence for various purposes, from enhancing one's body to defend himself with the sticky substance. It also makes him perpetually horny (hence the horns on his head XD)
