Full self-driving will only work when every car on the road has full self-driving capability. Cars will then only run into bicyclists, pedestrians, trains, and taxiing airplanes.

Reading about Willie Nelson and Keith Richards and thinking about long careers. You can tell when someone's found the intersection of what they love to do and where they add value because keep doing it. There's much to be said for people who've found their vocation and stuck with it.

The best way to tell if you've built trust with a co-worker is to ask a simple question:

"Would you work with me at another company?"

If the answer is yes, you've built trust.

Trust isn't about job title or role; it's about building a culture of respect where you're aligned on values, behaviors and beliefs. It's about collaboration and the impact of shared decisions.

I encourage everyone to ask this question in these trying times. It's reassurance you are doing the right thing.
