This is a stupid position to hold. Most ppl obey most laws without thinking about it, but for those of us who think outside the box we live in fear of being convicted of something (innocent or no) and going to prison. If there's no prison time for it, fuck I'll grab some classified docs for my bathroom too. Why not?
A Politico poll shows that while a large chunk of the public believes trump is guilty, those who think he should serve jail time r in the minority. On both sides of the aisle.

Probation was mentioned as an alternative. While trump is no doubt stupid enough 2 commit a similar crime again & violate that probation, it's likely a handler will intervene & he gets to keep living his crusty, greasy life like NOTHING HAPPENED.
