Once upon a time pulled pints at the Arsenal Tavern, later Gooner-in-residents at MASH pub Tel-Aviv. They're now both defunct and I'm screaming at the telly with my kids and making it back to North London when I can.

Question:

What would you choose?...

Newcastle finish fourth and Declan Rice goes to Newcastle.

...or...

Newcastle finish fifth and Rice comes to Arsenal... but that means that Sp*rs finish fourth.

I'm tearing my hair out!

I'm numb now. I'd started fantasising about the title. The last time my mates and I came out of the Gunners Pub, which was rocking back then, and celebrated on the steps of Highbury. Goodnight and COYG.

Honestly, after the sting of losing subsides, I don't really care. The nature of cup competition is that you're likely to go out at some point... and anyway, I never want to see that stupid logo nor watch the Arsenal on a Thursday ever again. All focus now on the real prize!

New discovery of 2023:
I really like Jägermeister!
Sometimes, though I've lived abroad for many years, and though I wish I were there, sometimes it's just amazing to be a Gooner!

Yes! The one thing I'd add is that, unlike Liverpool, our team is young and will only get better. These are the nights that will lead to that.

I think it shows the massive progress we have made that a year ago Ib would have been (and was) just massively proud of the team playing like that, fighting, going toe-to-toe with the (financially doped best)... whereas now I'm just gutted by the result and the manner of the result (the two mistakes).

He can and has scored plenty. In a game like this though we need an experienced all-round forward player. Someone like.... Gabriel Jesus.

Couldn't agree more.
It'd also be good for both of them.
