Huge congrats to The University of Alabama Crimson Defense Cyber Security Club for finishing Top 10 in the Southeastern Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition (SECCDC) preliminary round!

SECCDC simulates real-world cyber defense, challenging teams to protect networks against professional red teams.

Just over a week ago, our CS faculty welcomed high school students from Jefferson County who are exploring interests in Computer Science and Cybersecurity. 🤖💻

Faculty shared program insights and demonstrated some very cool robots, sparking great questions and excitement about what’s possible in CS & CYS!
