If a law suit is filed for the current design for "environmental reasons" the city should just concede and make the street bus-bike-ped or bike-ped only. That would be the most environmentally friendly. There would even be room for more trees!

I found an estimate that a Bitmain Antminer L9 17.6Gh can make $0.61/kWh mining Doge. But it costs $13,000. So maybe do distributed scientific computing instead.
